REMARQUE : Cette télécommande ne contrôlera pas les deux jeux de lumières si votre ventilateur est équipé de lumières haut et bas. Elle ne contrôlera que les lumières bas. Nous ne vendons pas de télécommande thermostatique compatible avec les deux jeux de lumières.

I am a new customer. I ordered 2 of this to replace my original Windward Hampton Bay's remotes damaged from battery acid. I was skeptical at first, emailed my questions and responses where within 24hrs. I selected the economical USPS shipping fee, with tracking and insurance, to Puerto Rico. I placed the order on a thursday and received the remotes on tuesday, nicely packaged and protected. The remote included the screws and plastic case for the wall, and even though my originals button were green and theirs are yellow...Anderic remote is identical with same button functions and 4 switches inside. I am a very satisfied customer.
