They don’t sync

I watched a tutorials and I’m very bummed that the Anderic remotes will not sync or reset with my current Harbor Breeze fans. I don’t know what the issue is, but it is very unfortunate.

HI, Please make sure that your original remote control states that the FCC ID number is either A25-TX012 or A25-TX025, if it reads something else, then this remote is not compatible.

According to your product description this remote would replace my Harbor Breeze remote. First, I had to find the correct battery which wasn't an easy task. The i couldn't get the remote to pair with the fan. So, basically the remote is usless.
