You may cancel any order for any reason for a full refund before we ship (fulfill) your order. Please call us immediately to try to cancel your order before we ship it. We process orders quickly, so there is no guarantee that we can cancel your order in time. We suggest you call us during business hours for the quickest response; contacting us through email/chat may be slower, and our staff may not get to your order in time. However, if you are requesting a cancellation after hours, this is the best method as we get to all of the cancellation requests before they ship the following day. If we have already shipped your order, then you must follow our return policy.
