I purchased this Samsung remote as a backup for the one that came with my Samsung TV. This remote has failed to complete its charging cycle. The red light indicating still charging is still there after it being plugged in for 24 hours. Apparently this remote is defective. How will you make this right? I paid a premium price to you to get a trouble free authentic Samsung remote which didn't happen. Picture attached.

This is a life saver the cable connectors bent and though i would have to buy a new tv but this cable saved me from buy a new one and at a reasonable price
After following directions, it still didn’t work. Put in brand new batteries, tried again and eventually it clicked. However, it remains quirky and sometimes, have to push button twice to turn on light.
Everything worked great. Took me a while to decipher the instructions but i did. Thank You Very Much. SUGGESTION: put the instructions into a YouTube video.
It operated the fan but not the light.
What I didn't like it took almost a month and then I thought direction was coming now I find out u want to charge 14.00 I should get that free because of the amount of time I had to wait

Remote was an exact duplicate of the original one my dog ate and even came with a wall holder that normally costs extra as an accessory. Remote did not come with batteries, once batteries installed programming was simple and straight forward, remote was programmed in less than 2 minutes once reviewing directions, remote woks great.
The order came without the two sets of batteries I ordered for it. Disappointing.
