Anderic products are backed by a 1-year exchange warranty for manufacturer defects. To qualify, the product must be Anderic-branded, purchased within the last year, and returned with all included parts and your order number or receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If approved, we will send a replacement of equal or greater value, if available. Orders delivered within the last 30 days should follow our Return/Exchange Policy instead. This policy excludes projector lamps; see below for our Projector Lamp Warranty Policy.

Projector Lamps

Projector lamps are backed by a 6-month exchange warranty for manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase is required, and customers are responsible for return shipping. If approved, we will send a replacement of equal or greater value, if available. Orders within 30 days of delivery should follow our Return/Exchange Policy instead.
