Anderic offers a one-year exchange warranty for all Anderic-branded products that have manufacturer defects. To find out if you’re eligible, please review the following requirements:
You must provide a receipt that clearly shows the date of purchase and the item ordered.
The purchase date must be within one year of today.
The product must have stopped working under normal use. Normal use includes regular wear and occasional drops.
Damage from improper use — including but not limited to water exposure, animal damage, crushing, or commercial use — is not covered.
All parts and accessories should be returned, including battery covers, wall mount holders, and other included items.
The product must be an Anderic-branded item, such as remotes, Anderic universal remotes, ceiling fan remotes, or ceiling fan receivers. Warranties do not cover products from other brands.
A six-month warranty from the date of purchase covers all projector lamps and bulbs.
Our warranty covers replacements only; refunds will not be issued outside of the standard return window. To begin a warranty claim, please contact us. We’ll guide you through the return process and issue a new order for the replacement lamp.
