Warranty Information

Anderic provides a one year exchange warranty from all manufacturer defects on Anderic-branded products. Please see below if you are eligible.

Must provide a receipt. Receipt must have your date of purchase on it along with the item you ordered.
Date of receipt must be within one year.
Must have stopped working from normal use. Normal use is the regular wear and occasional dropping of product.
Not normal use includes but is not limited to: Dropping the product in water, animals chewing the product, crushing it, and use in a commercial setting.
All parts/accessories should be returned. Including – battery covers, wall mount holders, etc.
Must be an Anderic product. This includes remotes, Anderic universal remotes, ceiling fan remotes, and ceiling fan receivers. (we do not offer warranties on any other brands)

Projector Lamp Warranty

All projection lamps and bulbs are under warranty for six months from purchase.

Our warranty only covers a replacement, no refunds will be issued outside of the return window. To start a warranty claim, please contact us. We will initiate a return, and issue a new order for the replacement lamp.
