Anderic offers a one-year exchange warranty for all Anderic-branded products that have manufacturer defects. To find out if you’re eligible, please review the following requirements:

  • You must provide a receipt that clearly shows the date of purchase and the item ordered.

  • The purchase date must be within one year of today.

  • The product must have stopped working under normal use. Normal use includes regular wear and occasional drops.

  • Damage from improper use — including but not limited to water exposure, animal damage, crushing, or commercial use — is not covered.

  • All parts and accessories should be returned, including battery covers, wall mount holders, and other included items.

  • The product must be an Anderic-branded item, such as remotes, Anderic universal remotes, ceiling fan remotes, or ceiling fan receivers. Warranties do not cover products from other brands.

Projector Lamp Warranty

A six-month warranty from the date of purchase covers all projector lamps and bulbs.

Our warranty covers replacements only; refunds will not be issued outside of the standard return window. To begin a warranty claim, please contact us. We’ll guide you through the return process and issue a new order for the replacement lamp.
