The Anderic UC7301R/RR7222T-KIT works with Hampton Bay and Home Decorators Collections ceiling fans. This kit replaces the MR77A receiver built into the Altura 68in Ceiling Fan. If replacing the MR77A receiver is simple, plug-and-play.

Kit Includes:
- UC7301R-03 receiver (same as MR77A)
- RR7222T remote control with wall mount
- Instructions

NOTE: if you have the Home decorator's collection 60-inch Altura ceiling fan. The remote may not support the reverse because your fan has a switch for reverse on the fan.

This part is awesome! I was very easy to replace- you literally remove a few screws, take off the cover, and then unplug the old receiver, plug in the new one, replace the cover and screws. That's all! Works like new. Replaced in less than ten minutes. I've already ordered another on for a second fan that is not working.
