Substitute for MR77A.2 (Old Style) Ceiling Fan Receiver for Hampton Bay Altura 68 Inch | UC7305R [MR77A]

I received the wrong item. I requested a receiver/remote for a 52 inch Campbell fan but received items for a 68 inch Altura so I'll be returning this order.

I replaced the receiver as instructed and it still didn’t work. I tried contacting customer service by phone and it said leaving I had to email them. Next I email them and I did not get a reply at all so now I’m stuck with an $80 paperweight.

If there were ten stars, I would give Anderic customer service a ten star review! You might find some mail order or Amazon knock off cheaper but you get what you pay pay for and Anderic is one of the extremely rare companies that value and deliver customer service. I ordered a part that they had back ordered and was told they would try to deliver by end of month. It came two weeks earlier to my house and didn’t work as I thought I had a wrong part. That was on a Saturday or Sunday and I didn’t want to write a review until I gave them a chance to resolve my issue. First thing on Monday morning, Aydan from Anderic called and verified I had correct part. He very patiently walked us through the process. I am 83 years old and required patience 😊. During troubleshooting, we discovered that my home electrician should have chosen another profession and Aydan solved the problem within ten minutes. Thank you Anderic for unmatched customer service!
