Dan’s Electronics Etc., Inc. (Anderic) Fee Schedule

The following fees apply to any unauthorized or prohibited activities as outlined in this schedule. By engaging in any of the listed activities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. Fees are assessed per occurrence, item, or instance unless otherwise specified.

Terms & Enforcement

• Any violation of this fee schedule constitutes an enforceable financial obligation to Dan’s Electronics Etc., Inc. (Anderic).
• Fees must be paid within 30 days of invoicing. Failure to remit payment within this period will result in legal action, debt collection efforts, and/or the placement of liens on assets as applicable.
• This fee schedule is subject to modification at any time without prior notice. The latest revision was made on July 24, 2023.

 

General Website Use

GWU-03	Unauthorized reproduction, display, sale, lease, transmission, translation, modification, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works from our copyrighted material.	$10,000
GWU-04	Use of our copyrighted material or IP in any manner that causes harm to our company, whether legally or commercially, without express written permission.	$10,000
GWU-05	Unauthorized access or use of our website by individuals or entities in violation of our Terms of Service or those explicitly denied access.	$5,000
GWU-06	Unauthorized use of our trademarks in commerce for personal or commercial gain.	$5,000

 

Legal Fees

Unsolicited communications & Company Reputation Protection

Purchases and Resale
