This is a BRAND NEW ceiling fan remote control originally made for Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze. It is a replacement for model number CHQ7096T Thermostatic with Dimming or FAN-9T with the Fan Timer button. This is for the remote only.
NOTE: This remote will not control both sets of lights if your fan has UP & DOWN lights. This remote will only work the down set of lights. We do not sell a thermostatic remote that works with both Up & Down lights.

I am a new customer. I ordered 2 of this to replace my original Windward Hampton Bay's remotes damaged from battery acid. I was skeptical at first, emailed my questions and responses where within 24hrs. I selected the economical USPS shipping fee, with tracking and insurance, to Puerto Rico. I placed the order on a thursday and received the remotes on tuesday, nicely packaged and protected. The remote included the screws and plastic case for the wall, and even though my originals button were green and theirs are yellow...Anderic remote is identical with same button functions and 4 switches inside. I am a very satisfied customer.
