The Samsung BN59-01483A is an original Samsung IR Smart TV remote control designed for select Samsung televisions. This remote provides direct control of essential TV functions, including power, volume, channels, menu navigation, Smart Hub features, and streaming applications. Dedicated Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube shortcut buttons provide quick access to popular services. As an IR-only remote, it requires line-of-sight to the television and does not provide Bluetooth voice control. No programming or pairing is required—simply install the batteries and begin using the remote with a compatible Samsung TV. Samsung documentation identifies BN59-01483A as the TM1240A remote supplied with select Q6F televisions.
NOTE: The remote you may receive may have different shortcuts, or it may be substituted with another fully compatible model, as verified by the manufacturer.
