Disappointed

I believed that I ordered the lighter version to match our projector, but I got the black version. When I communicated with the company, they said they had no control over which color they get and if I’m unhappy with the remote, I can return it which was a bit not helpful since I need the remote, but I was hoping to get the color I ordered. They just repeated the same thing the second round so F grade for customer service
