NOTE: This kit will not work your fan unless your fan already came with this kit when it was purchased new. This kit will only replace your current kit. If your fan has a physical switch on the motor to "reverse" the fan direction, then this kit will NOT work for you. If you are simply trying to add remote control functionality to your fan you must purchase the "Universal Ceiling Fan Kit" for your fan (link below).
Whats included:
- RR7078TR Remote Control (with REVERSE button)
- UC7067FMRX Receiver
- UC7067REVB Reverse module
The receiver is installed in the base of the fan where it meets the ceiling. The Reverse module is installed in the light housing portion of the fan at the bottom. Please check to make sure your fan currently already have a module inside the light housing that looks similar to the one in the picture.
